Operations Managers are responsible for end-to-end business process activities—creating, controlling, and improving business processes. They lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities, diagnose process improvement opportunities, and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. This position also oversees quality reporting, analysis, audits, and develops plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement, including the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Quality Improvement programs. They may also direct design, facilitation, training, and evaluation of incentive programs and oversee quality improvement projects and teams.
This role involves ongoing leadership in health plan vendor oversight and transportation coordination. If you reside in Georgia, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while tackling challenging projects.
