Operations Managers are responsible for end-to-end business process activities—creating, controlling, and improving processes. They lead process design and project teams, diagnose improvement opportunities, and develop solutions using process excellence tools. They handle quality reporting, analysis, audits, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. They may also oversee quality programs, incentive programs, and quality improvement projects, including vendor oversight and transportation coordination.

If you reside in Georgia, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while tackling significant challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Create, control, and improve business processes
  • Lead process design and project implementation teams
  • Develop quality reports, analysis, and audits for continuous improvement
  • Assist with Quality Improvement Programs and Work Plans
  • Maintain NCQA accreditation compliance
  • Track compliance of subcontractors and delegated entities
  • Ensure QM committee requirements meet NCQA standards
  • Review team work and develop innovative approaches
  • Serve as a leader and mentor

This role requires adaptability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to present solutions to senior leadership. You will be rewarded and supported in a challenging environment with clear development pathways.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in business/system requirements and analysis
  • 4+ years with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio
  • 3+ years documenting processes and practices
  • Experience leading teams or projects
  • Experience with Georgia Medicaid and NCQA accreditation
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Remote work adherence to company policy

The salary range is $106,800 - $194,200 annually, based on experience, location, and other factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
