Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for an autistic adult in Hammonton, NJ. The role focuses on home and community activities with flexible hours and a strict schedule.

The candidate should be dependable, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one, with willingness to complete onboarding and background checks. Driving the individual in the community is required.

What You’ll Do

• Support an autistic adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.(Individual has a wheelchair.)

• Provide community support and assistance with activities of daily living to individual.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• Experience preferred.

• Comfortable with driving individual in the community

Schedule: Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm, every other Monday 9am-9pm and every other Monday 3:30pm-9pm
