Job summary

National Heritage Academies (NHA) is seeking an Admissions Representative to lead field marketing efforts across local schools and communities, building awareness and driving enrollment.

The AR will develop school-specific strategies, monitor campaigns with CRM and data tools, and represent the schools at events, tours, and outreach activities. Candidates should have marketing or recruitment experience and strong communication, with data analysis skills to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Prior recruitment-related experience and a sales background desirable.
• Proficiency with CRM (Dynamics) or sales management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute school-specific marketing strategy to promote awareness and drive enrollment.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure field marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on field marketing activities, results, and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with community partners and parent groups to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
