Job summary

National Heritage Academies is seeking an Admissions Representative (Part Time) to promote school awareness, drive family enrollment, and manage community outreach in the Winston-Salem area. The role requires coordinating events, tours, and engagements while leveraging CRM data to guide planning.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree preference, recruitment or sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business, or related field
• Prior recruitment or sales experience is desirable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Dynamics)
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute school-specific marketing strategies to promote awareness and enrollment.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure field marketing effectiveness and guide optimization.
• Provide regular reports on field marketing activities, results, and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with community partners and parent groups to generate awareness and leads.
• Represent the school at community events, recruitment fairs, and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lead generation and onboarding.
• Utilize CRM and social media platforms to plan and execute strategic campaigns.
• Plan and participate in recruitment and onboarding activities with school leadership.
