Job summary

Eleven Peppers Studios is seeking a Communications Strategist to support mission communications and marketing efforts in Tysons, VA. The role requires a TS/SCI w/FS Poly clearance and readiness to travel locally for off-site events.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of communications and data-visualization experts, manage timelines, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment with creative teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a business, marketing, or communications-related field or 4+ years of experience.
• Communications experience in defense, and/or national security.
• Strong communicator with the ability to provide and receive constructive criticism, as well as the ability to articulate concepts and rationale directly to clients.
• You know how to hit deadlines and get the job done.
• You lead by example, with a passion for working with creative people.
• Cool and collected under pressure and know how to stay positive and come up with a plan when presented with a challenge.
• You are comfortable managing timelines, setting expectations, and delegating work to your team.

Salary Details

Salary range provided during selection process. Exact pay will be determined based on individual factors that may include years of experience, contract requirements, billable vs. non-billable, position urgency/demand, and location/telework options.
