Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Temporary Senior Communications Specialist to support communications, marketing, publications, and digital engagement initiatives.

Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $33 - 36 per hourOur client is seeking a Temporary Senior Communications Specialist to support communications, marketing, publications, and digital engagement initiatives. This individual will work closely with program staff and the Communications team to develop high-quality written, digital, and graphic communications materials. Responsibilities: Write, edit, proofread, and copyedit creative and technical content for publications, reports, newsletters, web content, fact sheets, blogs, talking points, and marketing materials.Provide communications and marketing support for program initiatives, events, webinars, and organizational activities.Design and produce communications materials using Adobe InDesign and Canva.Develop and maintain website content.Create and implement communications, social media, web content, and other digital platforms.Conduct research and interview subject matter experts to develop engaging content.Track and analyze website and e-newsletter performance metrics and recommend strategies to increase engagement.Coordinate publication schedules and ensure adherence to established style guides and branding standards.Serve as a communications resource for internal staff, members, committees, and external partners.Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and project milestones.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.Significant professional experience in communications, marketing, journalism publications management, or a related field.Advanced knowledge of social media, email marketing, and website content management systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Proficiency with website content management systems and email marketing platforms.Required experience with Adobe InDesign.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools highly preferred.Desired Skills: Graphic Design (Adobe InDesign required; Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred).Communications & MarketingWriting, Editing & ProofreadingSocial Media ManagementEmail MarketingWebsite Content ManagementProject & Time ManagementJOBID: 102026-166557#LI-CELLA#LI-JB1#PL#RemoteEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
