Job summary

Radiology Partners seeks an experienced communications professional to develop and execute initiatives that support its mission and culture. You will partner with senior leaders to craft timely, audience-focused messages across email, intranet, and meetings, while shaping workflows and templates for scalable change communications.

The role requires translating complex information for diverse audiences, across national scopes, with experience in healthcare or tech settings preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Change Management, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant communications experience.
  • Demonstrated written, verbal, storytelling, and communication strategy skills with experience developing high-impact communications.
  • Ability to design and implement communication processes and workflows supporting organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, digestible communications for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in a national or international corporate setting preferred; change management, healthcare, or technology-focused experience is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Develop and execute communications that support Radiology Partners' mission, values, culture, and organizational change initiatives.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401(k) benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
