Job Title: Digital Communication specialist

Shift: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm, no overtime expectations

Duration: 3 Months

Remote Role

• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Sitecore (3+ years)
• Proven experience in web and/or digital content management, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry (3+ years)
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's Degree

Daily schedule & OT expectations:

• 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm, no overtime expectations.

Typical task breakdown and rhythm:

• Day-to-day within this role may vary based on daily needs and priorities.
• Tasks include website content management (implementing content to websites or making website updates) and site QA.
• Contractor will work closely with Manager and other Digital Communication Specialists to understand daily tasks and priorities.
• Interaction level with team: Close collaboration with teammates, assignments are provided that are independent though.
• Majority of work is completed in our website content management systems – either Adobe Experience Management (AEM) or Sitecore

Team culture:

• Team consists of 10 people, a mix of people who support public sites and digital campaigns.
• Close-knit and supportive team who all work well together.
• Purpose of this team: Team supports public site content management and Digital campaigns.

• Note: candidate does not need to be a web developer or know HTML.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sitecore and/ or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), healthcare experience

• Assignments or work are completed within expected timeframes, work is completed with high accuracy/ quality, candidate is available on Teams throughout the workday and promptly responds to messages
