Position Summary
We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our team. This role's primary focus is translating complex consulting frameworks, research findings, and strategic analyses into compelling stories and presentations tailored for C-suite executives. This position centers on developing high-impact sales and strategy documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform complex data, strategic concepts, and insights into succinct, impactful stories that resonate with executive-level clients.
- Develop visuals (e.g., slides, data visualizations) to support high-level presentations.
- Craft pitch decks, proposals, and case studies that showcase the value of the firm’s consulting services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials reflect sales objectives, brand voice, and competitive insights.
- Review and refine existing materials for clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
- Establish guidelines and best practices for strategic storytelling within the organization.
- Aligning communications strategies with key revenue goals.
- Work closely with consultants and subject matter experts to gather insights, data, and success stories.
- Integrate qualitative and quantitative research findings to support compelling business cases.
- Use analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of presentations and continuously improve content strategy.
- Proactively engage with remote teams using digital collaboration tools.
