Job description

Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s).

Essential Functions
  1. Coordinate all EVP/SVP/VP level team huddles and organizational meetings (O&D meetings, All Management Meetings, Town Halls).
  2. Manage meeting logistics, agenda planning, coordinate presenters, create content, and provide support on the day of events for EVP/SVP/VP.
  3. Distribute EVP, SVP, and VP communications (executive emails, organizational announcements, shared email templates, and messaging for cascading information).
  4. Provide communications support to the broader EVP leadership team as needed for various business needs.
  5. Partner with Legal and Corporate Communications to prepare relevant materials for FedEx input requested by strategic vendors or external media requests.
  6. Develop and support EVP Campaign programs.
  7. Maintain consistency across the EVP organization for culture-focused efforts and develop fiscal year culture action plans. Collaborate with culture points of contact across the officer team to implement these plans.
  8. Lead the organization of EVP-level culture-related events such as holiday parties, recognition events, and volunteer opportunities.
  9. Create messaging and templates for use across the officer team for culture-related emails (holidays, appreciation, Veterans Day, etc.).
Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or an equivalent field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) or more years of relevant work experience in information technology or a business environment, including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated leadership, analytical and critical thinking skills, with effective time management and management capabilities. Strong communication and human relations skills are essential.

Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. Remote work within the U.S. may be available based on business needs.

Pay Transparency

This range is an estimate of the current starting salary across all locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Employees may be eligible for additional compensation, benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay

U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
