Job summary

KeenLogic is seeking an organized and creative Communications Outreach Specialist to support the U.S. DHS USCIS VER. The role focuses on targeted communications, outreach initiatives, and campaigns that raise awareness of USCIS Verification programs and services.

This is a primarily remote, full-time position with a 12-month base period and three 12-month option periods, offering Fortune 500-level health/dental/vision, PTO, federal holidays, 401(k), and Life Insurance. U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience assisting in development of communications materials to build brand and product awareness through targeted media campaigns.
• Experience coordinating outreach campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and execution of strategic communications and outreach initiatives.
• Develop communications materials designed to build brand and product awareness.

• Assist with analyzing outreach results and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with content, digital, design, UX, and multimedia personnel.

KeenLogic is seeking an organized and creative Communications Outreach Specialist to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Verification Division (VER). This position will support targeted communications and outreach initiatives designed to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of USCIS Verification programs and services. The Communications Outreach Specialist will assist with communications materials, targeted media campaigns, stakeholder engagement activities, and outreach initiatives that build program and product awareness among key audiences.

This is a primarily remote position supporting USCIS Headquarters, 5900 Capital Gateway Drive, Camp Springs, MD 20588. Contractor personnel may work remotely; however, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) may request in-person meetings or engagements as needed.
