Overview

Northwest HealthCare, six miles west of Christian, offers 24-hour emergency care, a Sleep Disorders Center, and various outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.

The security department aims to maintain a safe environment for staff, visitors, patients, and physicians. Security covers hospital premises, medical office building Village North, parking lots, and roadways. Officers are trained to assist with violent situations and deter problems through visible presence.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing communications for the Security Department, in line with Customer Service standards, and performing additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Receive, process, and transfer calls for the Security Department.
2. Answer and initiate calls using approved messaging and scripting.
3. Maintain logs such as daily events, incident reports, and vehicle registration files.
4. Keep accurate records of morgue logs, parking registrations, patient valuables, lost and found items, and monitor key tracking.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• 2-5 years

Supervisor Experience

• No Experience required
