Job Overview

Communications Manager – Premium Products & Experiences.We’re looking for an excellent communications leader to join our team and drive comprehensive communications strategies for an executive leader within one of our emerging growth portfolios. You will sit on the Premium Products and Experiences communication pod within the Banking and Premium Products Chief of Staff team, responsible for developing and implementing internal communications that connect leaders and their teams to the Premium Product strategy and their teams to their Enterprise partners. By joining, you’ll be expected to push the envelope in driving the narrative around Premium Products & Travel and Loyalty, Marketing & Spend Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a communications strategy that builds the head of Loyalty, Marketing & Spend brand internally and externally, and brings the Premium Product & Experiences narrative to life.
• Drive a steady drumbeat of internal storytelling through digital/video content, executive gatherings, and large‑scale associate events.
• Serve as a strategic partner to other executive communicators and chiefs of staff to plan and prepare effective, thoughtful, and engaging internal communications that educate, inform, connect with, and inspire leaders and employees.
• Provide counsel on communicating business strategy, elevating leadership profiles, managing issues, and implementing corporate initiatives.
• Lead change‑management communications in support of the business when necessary.
• Draft leader talking points and review presentations.
• Evaluate performance for communications based on real‑time metrics and other key performance indicators; recommend refinements to strategies, messaging, and new feedback mechanisms.
• Partner with and influence internal partners as needed in the best interests of the business and its employees.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and implementing integrated communication strategies to drive organizational change and create feedback loops between leaders and subordinates.
• At least 5 years of experience partnering with C‑suite executives on communications that support organizational objectives.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, writing, or public relations.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, technology, or other highly regulated industry.
