Anthropic is looking for an Enterprise Communications Manager. This central role shapes how Anthropic presents itself to enterprise customers, partners, and buyers. The role spans the full breadth of enterprise communications: product launches translated for business audiences, vertical narratives and launches for industries like financial services and healthcare, partnership and customer announcements, executive thought leadership, competitive positioning, and content speaking to CIOs, CFOs, and CISOs — reaching millions of business users who rely on Claude daily. You will juggle several projects simultaneously, manage overlapping timelines, and act as a cross‑functional partner comfortable with repeatable playbooks and launching new initiatives.
$255,000—$320,000 USD
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Required field of study: Field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position.
Location‑based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more time in our offices.
