Job summary

The Korean Women's Association in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Communications Manager to execute our internal and external communications strategy. Communications Manager Lakewood, WA $36.06 - $38.46 per hour, Medical/Vision/ Dental, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, 11 Paid Holidays, 401(k) after 1 year, Full Time, M-f, 8:30 - 5, non-exempt.

The Communications Manager plays a key role in executing Korean Women's Association (KWA) internal and external communications strategy. This role is responsible for developing compelling content, managing multi-channel communication efforts, and supporting organizational initiatives through clear and engaging messaging. The position partners across departments to ensure communications are timely and aligned.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain KWA public-relations and communication policies and procedures.
• Provide direction and guidance to Department Directors regarding communication issues.
