Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first
We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and organized Communications Lead to join our high-growth IFG team. In this pivotal role, you will drive internal communication campaigns to help sales agents, leaders, and cross-functional teams understand and adapt to changes in products, processes, technologies, and business priorities.
As Communications Lead, you will develop clear, engaging communication plans that increase awareness, spark action, and reinforce company goals. You’ll create and deliver multi-channel communications—including emails, instant messaging campaigns, intranet updates, knowledge articles, newsletters, executive talking points, and meeting materials—to support major change initiatives. Additionally, you will set the knowledge management strategy to ensure the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
Beyond campaign development, this role manages the flow of communication within the organization—strengthening alignment, awareness, and collaboration across teams. You’ll implement programs to boost employee knowledge, connect strategy to action, and elevate engagement at all levels.
Working closely with executives, change managers, product owners, and project leaders, you’ll serve as a strategic partner, advising on communication strategies tailored by segment. You must exercise independent judgment to solve complex problems, navigate ambiguity, and determine the most effective course of action—balancing creativity with clarity and speed with accuracy. This role requires someone who can operate independently, apply strong analytical skills, and execute confidently across a range of challenges from moderate to highly complex.
