Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is seeking a motivated Communications Intern for a 12‑week summer program. You will craft internal content, support newsletters, and help build the EBAD Beacon, while collaborating with experts across three sites.

Responsibilities include creating graphics, organizing materials, and supporting HR communications campaigns. A portfolio is encouraged, and experience with Office tools and design software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with content creation tools preferred.
• Portfolio or samples encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, editing, and formatting internal communications.
• Assisting with internal events, employee features, photography, and storytelling.
• Maintaining content calendars and project trackers.
• Ensuring communications align with EBAD branding.
• Collaborating with HR and multiple sites on employee communications.
