Caterpillar seeks motivated communications interns for hands-on experience in internal and external communications, content creation, social media and project coordination. The role emphasizes strong writing, detail orientation, and eagerness to learn about communication strategies that support business goals and employee engagement.

Internship runs May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with onsite work five days a week in Peoria, IL or Irving, TX.

• Strong writing/editing skills with AP style.
• Ability to track metrics and analyze communications impact.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience creating content for multiple channels.
