Job description

Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

  • 2+ years of sales and business development experience. Not afraid to run a full desk.
  • Ability to work independently and set personal goals.
  • Desire for autonomy and control over your daily activities, avoiding micromanagement.

Major Duties of the Position:

  1. Client Satisfaction / Retention: Serve as the daily contact for clients, relay feedback to writers and editors, identify trending topics, create quarterly reports, and suggest improvements.
  2. Campaign Enhancement: Strengthen campaigns by understanding client audiences and goals, providing strategic input, and possibly recommending additional services, without sales or upselling responsibilities.

Position Details:

  • Remote work with a quiet environment for calls, a computer, phone, and reliable Wi-Fi.
  • Mostly weekday hours with some flexibility, requiring availability for client calls.
  • This is a client-facing role; comfort with communication, problem-solving, and quick thinking is essential.

Training & Responsibilities Timeline:

  1. First 2 weeks: Training on tools, processes, shadowing client calls and emails.
  2. Weeks 3-6: Responding to emails, participating in calls with minimal supervision.
  3. Week 6 onward: Primary client contact, overseeing campaigns, conducting check-ins, and onboarding new clients.
