Job summary

Aquent is seeking a dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our North America media relations team. This role shapes narratives, coordinates media experiences, and builds relationships with media and creators to amplify the brand voice across campaigns and platforms.

You’ll manage logistics for events, product seeding, and athlete or community-led experiences, leveraging Keynote and Excel to organize programs and ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in communications, public relations, events, marketing, or related functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or any combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of a major metropolitan area's sports, cultural, media, and creator landscape.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and logistics simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting media relations, event execution, product launches, and creator engagement programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media, creators, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
  • Passion for sport and enthusiasm for products and athlete storytelling within a leading global brand.
  • Proficiency in Keynote and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and personable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while navigating ambiguity across a global matrix organization.
