Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support community-focused initiatives within our master-planned communities. You will produce and distribute communications across digital, print, and social channels, and help update the community website.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in communications or related fields, basic Canva and Adobe Creative Suite skills, strong writing, and comfort with newsletters, events, and collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• Experience with website administration, newsletter publications, and social media.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite or related design programs.
• Photography skills are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute all community communications across digital, print, and social media.
• Create presentations, graphics, flyers, announcements, calendars, signage, banners, etc.
• Maintain website administration and update community site and club/group information; support homeowners.
• Assist with maintaining relationships with community partners.
• Assist with events and various administrative duties.

What you'll accomplish

• Produce and distribute all community communications across various channels including digital, print and social media
• Create community presentations graphics flyers announcements calendars signage banners etc
• Maintain all aspects of website administration including updating the community website regularly updating club and group information maintaining an Association document library and troubleshooting with homeowners as needed
• Assist the team with maintaining relationships with community partners
• Assist with events and a variety of administrative duties

What were looking for

• 1 2 years of experience in communications marketing journalism or related field
• Experience with website administration newsletter publications community affairs public relations promotions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven computer skills with an emphasis in areas of website administration and social media
• Experience working in Canva Adobe Creative Suite or related design programs
• Photography skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented focused on achieving results
• Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges
• Must pass pre employment drug screen and background check
• If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements
• The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include Lifting and Carrying Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds Extended Sitting or Standing Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events Manual Dexterity Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devices Driving Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions
• Please note We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status
