Job summary

Seoul Medical Group (SMG)/ Advanced Medical Management (AMM) seeks a creative, energetic Communication Coordinator to elevate our brand, strengthen employee engagement, and support marketing and community outreach initiatives.

The role focuses on internal communications, social media content, branding campaigns, and collaboration with leadership to align messaging across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience creating content for internal communications, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare, IPA, MSO, managed care, or provider organization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute internal communications, company announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement content.
• Develop content for social media, recruitment marketing, company websites, and branding campaigns.
• Support company branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Design marketing materials, presentations, graphics, and promotional content using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist with company events, employee recognition programs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments across the organization to support communication and marketing goals.
• Stay current on healthcare industry trends and help position AMM as a leading healthcare MSO.
