Job summary

You will create and distribute internal messages, maintain SharePoint pages, coordinate events, and assist with presentations and digital materials.

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our Corporate team on-site in Fort Worth, Texas!

This is a highly visible, hands-on role that combines the responsibilities of office administration and communications.

As our Communications Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting internal communications, employee engagement, corporate events, training resources, and day-to-day office operations. This highly visible position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates professionally, and enjoys creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Your Impact as a Communications Coordinator:
Internal Communications
  • Create, edit, format, and distribute internal communications, including company announcements, leadership messages, newsletters, employee stories, recognition features, and internal updates.
  • Translate company policies, procedures, operational updates, and initiatives into clear and employee-friendly communications.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, FAQs, checklists, and other employee resources.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint pages and other internal communication platforms.
  • Support employee recognition programs, corporate events, leadership meetings, engagement initiatives, and special projects.
  • Assist with presentations, digital signage, graphics, and other communication materials.
Office Administration
  • Manage the corporate reception area and provide a professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, vendors, and guests.
  • Answer and appropriately route calls, emails, and incoming inquiries.
  • Coordinate calendars, conference room reservations, meetings, catering, supplies, and event logistics.
  • Plan and coordinate monthly corporate office engagement activities and celebrations.
  • Help maintain organized, professional, and well-stocked shared corporate spaces.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and communicate proactively regarding progress, deadlines, questions, and potential delays.
