LLH Healthcare is seeking a Communications Coordinator to shape and deliver internal and external messaging within the finance and insurance sector.   • At least 2 years of professional experience in communications, preferably within the finance or insurance industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit content for internal communications, press releases, newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure message consistency and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets and external vendors to support public relations and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Support crisis communication planning and execution to protect the company’s reputation during sensitive situations.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, webinars, and community outreach programs to enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure all communications comply with industry regulations and company policies.

About the Role:

The Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the internal and external communications strategy within the finance and insurance sector. This position is responsible for crafting clear, consistent, and compelling messaging that aligns with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will manage communication channels, coordinate with various departments, and support marketing and public relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder engagement. They will also monitor communication effectiveness and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs and industry trends. Ultimately, this role ensures that all communications uphold the company’s values and foster trust among clients, partners, and employees.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in communications, preferably within the finance or insurance industry.
