Job summary

Fiscal Lab is seeking a detail-oriented communications and operations coordinator to manage logistics for CSFR events and initiatives while building the organization’s public profile on social platforms.

The role favors Capitol Hill experience, strong policy-focused writing, and proficiency with social media tools. It is a full-time position that is mainly remote, with in-person engagement in Washington, DC for events and meetings, ideally for someone living in the DC metro area.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience, with Capitol Hill experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort writing for a policy and DC audience.
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for CSFR events and initiatives, including speaker outreach, scheduling, and coordination among stakeholders.
• Develop and execute social media strategy and content across platforms to raise the Fiscal Lab's public profile.
• Support ad hoc operations tasks such as event logistics, vendor coordination, and internal process support.
