Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to support executive-level communications and strategic engagements within the federal government and Intelligence Community. The role requires an ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

What You Will Do:

• Supporting high-visibility events (e.g., All Hands, senior leader engagements, or executive forums).
• Communicating with key internal and external stakeholders and facilitating strategic engagements with leaders in the IC Community, DOW, OMB, Treasury, and Congress.
• Supporting executive Government leaders in special needs related to outreach such as talking points, briefings, and communication tools.
• Supporting the creation, execution, and maintenance of a detailed strategic communication plans.
• Reviewing, maintaining, and updating professional correspondence, activity reports and taskings.
• Support special projects directed by senior government leaders.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• FIVE (5) or more years' experience providing executive-level communications, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support within the federal government and/or Intelligence Community (IC)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a Communications field.
• Prior experience as an Executive Admin or in a Chief of Staff Support role within the IC.
• Strong interpersonal, people management, and customer management skills.
• Excellent organization, leadership, and functional communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks across multiple individuals and ensure quality and timely delivery of end products.
• Strong writing and editing skills and attention to detail.
• Experience engaging with executive POCs across multiple Government agencies.
• Knowledge of web content design, development, and management fundamentals.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
