Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of the sales cycle, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and sales objectives.
• Experience supporting presales development processes and project execution.
• Experience incorporating video and audio content into presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development of presentations with animation, audio, and video where appropriate.
• Partner with internal teams to develop customized pitch strategies and materials.
• Support presentation preparation and oral coaching for internal teams.

• Manage multiple presentation projects and stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Job Summary Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a Communication Specialist III with experience in strategic presentation development, advanced PowerPoint, and presales or sales-cycle support to join their team! This position is a 3-month contract role and can be performed remotely within the U.S., working CST hours. Candidates located near Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX are preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Create compelling and memorable presentation materials designed to communicate customer value and drive audience action
• Support the presentation process from strategy and development through final delivery and debrief
• Lead the creative development of presentations, incorporating animation, digital audio, and video where appropriate
• Partner with internal teams to develop customized pitch strategies and presentation materials
• Support presentation preparation and oral coaching for internal teams
• Lead internal presentation preparation sessions and post-presentation debriefs
• Manage multiple presentation projects and stakeholders while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 3+ years of experience in strategic presentation development, communications, marketing, or a related field
• Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating professional, persuasive presentation materials
• Understanding of the sales cycle, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and sales objectives
• Experience supporting presales development processes and project execution
• Experience incorporating video and audio content into in-person and virtual presentations
• Working knowledge of graphic design principles, including composition and layout
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Degree or expertise in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Experience within the telecommunications or technology industry
• Experience with Qvidian or other presentation content management software
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator, After Effects, or InDesign
• Experience with virtual meeting and conferencing platforms such as Teams, Webex, or Dialpad
• Industry certifications or accreditations such as AMA, PMP, Adobe Creative Suite, APMP, or Presentation Guild

Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $21.00 and $30.70 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums
