What they are looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
• Current State of Ohio Licensure
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed
• Current CPR Certified

Hours and compensation potential:

• Positions are full time. One is for the Outpatient area and schedule is 8am-5:30pm. One position is for the Pediatrics area and schedule is 8am-6pm(most Peds therapists work 4-10 hrs days). Day off is Tues; Wed or Thurs.
• Range is between $36hr(74880)-$42hr(87360) depending on experience. Full benefit package included and a sign on bonus being offered.

What you will be doing:

• Provide screening, evaluation, and therapeutic interventions to patients.
• Develop a treatment plan and implementation per doctor referral.
• Excellent internal personal skills with all ages and socio-economic status.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information.
• Evaluations are 1 hour:
• Adult: will see 8-9 patients(treatments can range from 30-45 mins).
• Peds: will see 8-10 patients daily and treatments can range from 30-45 mins; there is a lot of co-treatment with Occupational Therapy.
• Since we are small community hospital person will see just about any diagnosis.
