United Surgical Partners International, Inc is seeking a Patient Access Representative in Annapolis, MD to provide patient telephone and medical record support for both the professional office and the surgery center. Under supervision, you will adhere to policies and HIPAA guidelines while delivering excellent patient service.
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, directing calls, and managing the Input Manager.
The Patient Access Rep provides patient telephone and medical record support for both the professional office and the surgery center. Under the supervision of the Communications Team Lead, the employee will adhere to and comply with the Code of Conduct, Human Resource Policies and Procedures, Operational Policy and Procedure Manual, HIPAA Compliance, Patient Bill of Rights, and the Corporate Compliance Plan.
