Job summary

IDEMIA is recruiting for a communications leadership role to define and deliver the entity's internal and external communication strategy, aligning with business needs and objectives.

The role includes driving the external communication plan, crisis management, and delivering internal programs that maximize employee engagement, while collaborating with stakeholders and external partners. It supports IDEMIA's position as a global leader in identity technologies.

Responsibilities

• Defines the internal and external communication strategy supporting Business needs and objectives
• Drives and monitors the external communication plan: prepares, manages, and validates external communication tools (brochures, videos, PR, trade shows, digital content) in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Manages the communication stream in case of crisis management
• Delivers the internal communication plan, by developing content, tools, and events designed to maximize employee engagement
• Acts as a communication advisor to the entity head
• Contributes to transversal communication projects
• Manages external vendors and agencies partners
• May manage a team
• Delivers parts of the entity's internal and external communication plan, with some guidance
