Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a communications professional to define and deliver the entity's internal and external strategy in support of business needs and objectives.

You will drive external communication tools, develop engaging internal content, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and advise the entity head on communications. The role may lead projects and teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience defining internal and external communications strategies.
• Ability to develop content, tools and events to maximize engagement.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and external vendors.
• Leadership experience or potential for mentoring a team (preferred).

Key Missions

• Defines the internal and external communication strategy supporting Business needs and objectives
• Drives and monitors the external communication plan: prepares, manages, and validates external communication tools (brochures, videos, PR, trade shows, digital content) in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Delivers the internal communication plan, by developing content, tools, and events designed to maximize employee engagement
• Acts as a communication advisor to the entity head
• Contributes to transversal communication projects
• Manages external vendors and agencies partners
• May manage a team
• Delivers parts of the entity's internal and external communication plan, with some guidance
