Job summary

WGNSTAR, an ABM company focused on the semiconductor industry, seeks an experienced Communications professional to craft internal messages and multimedia content that engages teams and leaders across the organization. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field, 3–5 years in communications or PR, mastery of grammar and AP style, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Schedule: M-F, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of communications, public relations, or media experience.
• Mastery of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Knowledge of AP writing style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Pay Rate: 34+ DOE, Hourly

Onsite Location: Boise, ID

Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Craft high-impact internal communications to foster team engagement and cultivate a positive collaborative culture.
• Develop compelling multimedia content (email, video, digital signage, etc.) to convey the captivating narrative.
• Drive communication initiatives to strengthen connections between team members and leaders.
• Assist company leadership endeavors using strategic communication to drive organizational goals.
• Analyze data provided by project teams and functional areas to craft compelling narratives that translate complex ideas into engaging content.
• Be flexible to undertake any other duties as required to support the organization's needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of communications, public relations, or media experience.
• Mastery of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Knowledge of AP writing style.
• Master in Microsoft Suite: SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Physical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
