Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. leads a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers to implement, manage, and administer all C2E customer projects within AWS/Azure for PL ALTESS.

The Lead ensures service quality, governance, and effective delivery across programs, aligning with DoD standards. The role demands strong communication, proven program management experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance to manage large-scale defense projects nationwide

Qualifications

• Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• PMP or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Reviews all SLA, addendums, and cost estimates for customer projects.
• Represents and liaises with C2E customers on operational matters; provides day-to-day technical guidance.

Job description

The Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead, under direct supervision of Services Management Division Chief, oversees the management of a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers who implement, manage, and administer all Common Cloud Environment (C2E) customer projects within the AWS/Azure cloud environments for the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS).

• Reviews all Service Level Agreements (SLA), Addendums, and cost estimates prepared for customer projects.
• Serves as the principal point of representation and liaison with C2E customers on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

Required

• Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, related scientific or technical discipline.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to customers in a professional manner.
• Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Have an active DoD Secret security clearance.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects.
