Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a capable C2E Support Lead to manage a diverse team delivering Common Cloud Environment (C2E) projects within AWS/Azure for PL ALTESS. The role requires strong leadership, defense-IT experience, and proven program management capabilities.

You will liaise with customers on operational matters, review SLAs, and provide day-to-day technical guidance while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project objectives in a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• PMP Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for customer liaison.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects in a defense context.

Overview

The Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead, under direct supervision of Services Management Division Chief, oversees the management of a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers who implement, manage, and administer all Common Cloud Environment (C2E) customer projects within the AWS/Azure cloud environments for the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS).

Responsibilities

• Reviews all Service Level Agreements (SLA), Addendums, and cost estimates prepared for customer projects.
• Serves as the principal point of representation and liaison with C2E customers on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, related scientific or technical discipline.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to customers in a professional manner.
• Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Have an active DoD Secret security clearance.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects.
