As a Common Area Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning public areas
• Maintaining outstanding cleanliness of the lobby
• Displaying a positive image through appearance and conduct
• Performing other duties as requested due to unexpected circumstances or special requests

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple duties in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to push and pull carts and equipment, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior hospitality experience
