Job Summary:

The Common Area Attendant maintains a clean and friendly environment for guests and staff, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining and cleaning designated areas
• Empties trash, mops, vacuums floors, dusts, and cleans restrooms
• Performs minor maintenance tasks
• Manages supplies and notifies management when stock is low
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in timeshare or hospitality a plus
• Flexibility for scheduling
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Knowledge of cleaning processes; computer skills preferred
