Maintain accurate supplier Commit Request Dates (CRDs) and delivery schedules within ERP systems. Drive supplier follow-up activities to secure commitments and improve on-time delivery performance.
  • Supply Allocation & Material Availability Manage component allocations and supplier constraints to ensure material availability for production requirements. Coordinate allocation decisions across suppliers, distributors, manufacturing partners, and internal stakeholders. Lead shortage management activities and drive recovery plans for constrained components.
  • Inventory Hub & Operational Management Manage inventory health across multiple hubs, and manufacturing locations. Monitor inventory levels, replenishment requirements, excess inventory, and aging inventory. Drive inventory optimization while maintaining continuity of supply.
  • Supplier Management & Operational Excellence Serve as the primary operational interface within supply management teams. Track supplier performance, open order status, lead times, allocation updates, and delivery commitments. Escalate supply issues and drive timely resolution of shortages, delays, and delivery risks.
  • Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain supply execution dashboards and reports. Analyze open orders, supplier commits, inventory positions, shortages, and allocation status. Provide regular operational updates and executive summaries on supply health and key risks. Identify process improvement opportunities to improve data accuracy, supply visibility, and operational efficiency.
