Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ relevant internship or work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Learn commodity merchandising terminology, tools, and systems.
• Build relationships and communicate with internal and external customers.
• Understand local, national, and global commodity markets and dynamics.
• Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
• Assist in managing customer relationships, contracts, and logistics.
• Support procurement, marketing, and risk management strategies.
• Develop operating knowledge of agribusiness processes and cross-functional workflows.
