Job summary

• 0–2 years of customer service or customer-facing experience in agricultural, agri-business, grain or commodity-market.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program.
• Prior internship or university project experience in financial services or demonstrable commodity market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients daily on order placement, execution and completion.
• Support the desk by answering phones, completing order tickets, and checking daily trades.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service to internal and external clients.
• Respond to client requests promptly and escalate as needed to a senior team member.
• Work proactively and collaboratively with the wider teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
