Job summary

Hayward Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Commodity Manager to lead global sourcing strategies for electrical and electronic components, including PCBAs.

This role partners with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to drive supplier performance, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across our global business. You will develop global commodity strategies, manage supplier relationships, analyze market trends, and support new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing and PCBAs.
• Proven negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
