We’re Hiring: Commodity Manager – HVAC Products

Are you a strategic sourcing leader with deep expertise in HVAC systems and components? Ready to take ownership of a critical, high-impact category that shapes both product performance and business success? We’re looking for a Commodity Manager – HVAC to join our fast-growing team and lead the way in building a resilient, innovative supply base.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive global sourcing strategy for HVAC components and systems

• Lead a team of Sr. Purchasing Managers

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain teams

• Negotiate complex, multimillion-dollar agreements and lead supplier performance management

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks in a rapidly evolving market

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of sourcing experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or closely related commodities

• A proven track record of driving cost savings, developing suppliers, and executing contracts

• Strong technical aptitude to engage with engineers and suppliers on complex parts

• A passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment
