Job summary

Mastronardi Produce USA, Inc. seeks a Commodity Team Lead to oversee quality checks and allocation planning. You will coordinate daily production and sales order allocations, manage rework, and ensure accurate communications between customers and internal teams.

• Ability to lead and mentor a commodity team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sign off on product quality to meet customer specs.
• Support planning of daily Production and Sales Order allocations.
• Ensure rework is allocated to Production to meet specs.
• Coordinate communications of customer expectations with teams.
• Develop, lead and set objectives for the commodity team.
• Maintain department metrics and use ERP tools to improve performance.
