Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a detail‑oriented production supervisor to oversee quality control in a refrigerated warehouse. The role involves coordinating with commodity, production, and shipping teams to meet customer specifications and daily allocations.

You will maintain allocations, communicate changes, and monitor rework to ensure timely delivery. The position requires strong English communication, organization, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must communicate professionally in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sign off on product quality in inventory and at the dock to meet customer specifications.
• Assist plan to create daily Production and Sales Order allocations.
• Communicate changes to Commodity Supervisor if allocations or plans differ.
• Ensure rework is allocated and planned to meet customer specs.
• Update and distribute allocations throughout the day and execute as expected.
• Coordinate communication of customer expectations with Commodity, Production, and Shipping teams.
• Maintain regular communication with Production Schedulers and Production Managers.
• Coordinate with Receiving on load priorities and product specs.
