Job summary

The Gersh Agency, Inc. is seeking a Commissions Analyst to review and validate agent credits within trust and compensation systems. You will ensure proper attribution for Signing and Booking Agents and support accurate bonus allocation to drive fair compensation.

You will collaborate with agents, accounting, payroll, and operations to maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and deliver regular commissions reporting while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data management systems.
• Ability to handle confidential compensation information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review client, deal, and booking records to verify signer and booking agent assignments.
• Analyze booking activity and supporting documentation to confirm attribution.
• Validate commission splits and agent participation percentages per guidelines.
• Ensure agent split changes are correctly entered and maintained in systems.
• Verify compensation calculations align with approved assignments and structures.
• Conduct pre-/post-payment reviews for accurate payments and incentives.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with payroll and accounting teams for corrections.
• Maintain accurate agent credit and compensation records and support audits.
