Job Responsibilities

• Provide input to business architecture, including feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis, and risk assessments
• Monitor and report changes in requirements, managing the status of business analysis progress against project plans
• Document business requirements using relevant modeling techniques and templates
• Participate in gap analysis and communicate evolving requirements and capability gaps
• Implement business requirements and process changes to ensure objectives are met

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Specialist role
• 3+ years of experience in insurance or financial services
• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills
• Proficiency in digital portals and CX/UX analysis
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Group Benefits
• Agile and hybrid project management experience
• Working towards CPAB or IIBA designation
• Courses in facilitation skills, modeling techniques, and/or stakeholder management
