Enterris Associates, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Senior level Commissioning Engineer in Los Angeles to lead the commissioning process for in-house projects, perform design and submittal reviews, and develop comprehensive commissioning plans.

The role requires eight years of commissioning experience and solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ideal candidates hold an ANSI commissioning certification (CxA/CxT/BCxP) and a relevant engineering degree, with EIT or PE licensure

Responsabilidades

• Manage the commissioning process on various in-house small to medium-sized projects
• Perform commissioning design reviews, submittal reviews and closeout document reviews
• Create pre-functioning and functional checklists and commissioning plans
• Conduct commissioning meetings and managing the commissioning process for assigned projects
• Perform field observations and functional testing
• Document and track test results on issue resolution logs
• Create commissioning deliverables such as final commissioning reports
• Assist in review and development of staff training and continuing education opportunities
• Act as a SME to support the Project Manager of Commissioning

Responsibilities

• Manage the commissioning process on various in-house small to medium-sized projects
• Perform Commissioning design reviews, submittal reviews and closeout document reviews
• Create pre-functioning and functional checklists and commissioning plans
• Conduct Commissioning meetings and managing the commissioning process for assigned projects
• Perform field observations and functional testing
• Document and track test results on issue resolution logs
• Create commissioning deliverables such as final commissioning reports
• Assist in the review and development of staff training and continuing education opportunities
• Act as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) to support the Project Manager of Commissioning

Qualifications

Experience

• Eight (8) years full-time paid professional experience in commissioning
• Working knowledge of building code, CHPS, and commissioning requirements
• ANSI commissioning certification (CxA, CxT, BCxP, Certified Commissioning Professional)
• Extensive knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems

Education

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, architecture or construction management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in design or construction management with a focus on mechanical systems
• Engineer-In-Training Certification (EIT) or valid CA Professional Engineering License (PE)
• Industry-recognized energy management certification

Wage

• Starting Salary range for this job is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment
