Job summary

Jacobs in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a seasoned commissioning professional to support our Advisory Solutions group's energy projects. You will participate in onsite and office activities to ensure quality and performance across mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commissioning, design or construction management with a focus on mechanical, electrical, plumbing or building envelope systems.
  • Working knowledge of building code requirements.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Ideally: Industry recognized energy management certification.
  • Ideally: Current or past security clearance.
  • Ideally: LEED or other sustainability certification.
