Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Overview

We are seeking a Commissioning Project Manager with extensive experience in CX PM and a background in DC/Mission critical/high tech manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and expertise in controls, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft and provide proposals through the RFQ/RFP process
• Develop estimates and commissioning schedules
• Manage CX deliverables and subcontractors, including other engineering firms offering CX services
• Conduct testing of different systems (electrical, mechanical, and controls)
• Perform written checklist and submittal reviews
• Execute functional performance tests
• Act as a client-facing representative, demonstrating strong social skills and interpersonal abilities
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in CX PM and high tech manufacturing
• Deep expertise in controls, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Proven track record in project management at a senior level
• Knowledge of proposal drafting and RFQ/RFP processes
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to travel and work on a rotational schedule (2 weeks on, 1 week off)
