The role will involve BSRIA flushing, and air/water balancing in line with CIBSE guidelines. • Will ideally have obtained CSA grades

The Role

• Carrying out air and water balancing in addition to primary and secondary balancing on CHW, LTHW and AHUs
• Pre‑commissioning flushes on pipework, heated and chilled systems
• Measuring balance flow rates
• Pipework chlorinations
• Remedial duties, including filter replacements on AHUs
• Adhering to HSE guidelines
• Producing detailed service reports
• Providing detailed technical advice and project updates to clients
• Working to agreed project scopes
